To D. Aleksic (and any other ignoramuses who think they can threaten me with defamation suits):

1. Truth is a defence to defamation and--unlike Chairman Rudd--I simply present truth with supporting documentation!

2. The implied freedom of political communication has been firmly established by the High Court in the case of Lange v ABC, so I cannot be sued for defamation even if what I say isn't true! 

In other words, you've got nothing!   :-)
